30 Days to Initiate a Return

You can initiate a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. *

Most New and Unused

You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

45 Days Receive Returned Items

We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.

Errors & Defects

If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

Partial Refunds

We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products.

If something does not work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery. *
 

·         Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

·         Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.

·         We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

·         Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.

·         We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
 

·         Sending you replacement parts or accessories

·         Replacing the product or

·         Issue a refund** 

·         And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping

·         If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

 

 

Products Returned After 30 days
Did you miss the 30-day return window? Great news! You may still start a return after 30 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on the following:
 

·         Condition of the merchandise

·         Cost of the original and/or return shipping charges deduction from your refund

·         If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.

If the item you are interested in is offered by one of our Marketplace Seller, it will be disclosed under the item name as Sold and Shipped By.

Please note that this is not an all-inclusive list, and there may be other select items that are not returnable. You can verify if the item is non-returnable in the product description on the web page. If the item is restricted for returns, it will be disclosed in the returns section of the product details.

Refund Policy

How is Factory Store’s Refund Process?

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a FactoryStore.us error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

·         The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)

·         Product inspection at our return facility (up to 5 business days)

·         Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days).


You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

Other Refunds 

How are other refund types issued?

Refunds or credits can be issued for various reasons, and in different ways. There are three ways you may receive a credit or refund from Factory Store.us: 

Refunds to an Outside Payment Method (credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc.):
Refunds to an outside payment method can be issued to you only in relation to an Factory Store US order. When a refund to one of these payment methods is issued, the credit is sent to the appropriate financial institution. The time it takes for it to become available depends on their specific processing timeframes. 

Refunds as In-Store Credit:
In-store credit is added directly to your Factory Store US account and is immediately available for your use. If you do not see it immediately, you may need to log out and log back into your account.

In store credit is applied automatically at check out. Your available in store credit balance will be used to cover all or parts of the balance of your order until it has been used in full.

You can check your in-store credit by logging into MyAccount and checking the Payment Preferences & Balances under Account Settings.
